As an Operations Manager for Veracity Capital, Christie supports the sales and service needs of Registered Investment Advisors and Custodian relationships including all after-market service, support, and relationship management to ensure a best-in-class client experience. She is also responsible for supporting strategic internal projects.
Christie has more than 15 years of experience in customer service with the last seven years specific to the financial services industry. Her unique strength in operations and keen understanding of Veracity’s systems makes Christie a key member of the service team which supports the advisors and provides a high level of service to their clients. Prior to joining Veracity Capital, Christie worked as a Senior Client Service Associate at an Atlanta-based RIA that services over 1 billion in assets.
Christie earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.
